For those weighing over 200 pounds but less than 240 pounds, an additional
$2.00 per pound is charged, and your Tandem Instructor must approve each
sky diver weighing over 200 pounds. All tandem jumpers must sign our liability
release / liability waiver form. |

receive a reservation confirmation emailed to the
address listed above.
Please check in with Mary at (808) 637-9700 one day before your jump.
She will want to confirm your hotel room number in order to be able to contact you on the
day of your jump in the event of bad weather or other delays. If you decide to cancel your
reservation, we appreciate notice at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment is made when you complete your jump at Skydive Hawaii.
